Account paid but account suspended no reply on 808

We paid our account on 07 January of which I have the proof. Today the account has been suspended. Tried calling 808 but im on this line now for 45 minutes. Pathetic!!!! Send inbox on facebook and still no reply. My husband uses the cellphone for business and we paid. Now what???? Who is going to pay for his business loss??? Just because your workers is not back from holiday to do your banking doesn't give u the right to suspend a paid account. Get this account unsuspended TODAY!!!!
