Account overdue
I received my statement on the 25th of may that showed I owe R5342.63, I phoned the customer service and asked why on witch the answer was that I am in arrears, I told him to deduct the amount so that I will be up to date with my payment, they deducted The amount of R3009.60. Today the 18th of June I received a message that states my account is overdue and I need to pay R2344.43. How can I be in arrears in the first place, they're the ones who is doing the debit order from where we sign the contract.
