account over billed
I upgrade and the contract was for R369 per month. the cost on the statement is R592.14 per month.<br> I have more than 700mb data more than R100 airtime minutes and 400 sms and still must by data as I get message You have started incurring cost from your Usage Limit. this will be a cost of R14208 for the 24month period and I only sign nor R8856.00 per 24 month period. Nobody comes back to me or fix this account.<br> I am 14 year with MTN but not going to upgrade with them again if this is not corrected and I am refunded.<br> thanks
