Account opened **********ly

********** contracts has been opened under my name. I have made MTN aware since December 2021 and they keep saying matter is being looked at with no end result and my account is being debited every month for something I do not own. Someone assist how I can get myself out of this predicament, MTN is failing now I being harassed that owe them.
