***** account on my name

A ***** account was opened on my name at MTN on the 18th of December 2024. An Iphone 13 and Samsung A55 was purchased on my name, i dont own any of the phones. I went to a branch in Mams mall, a ***** case was opened, the account was flagged. My problem is they are continuing to debit my account even if it is flagged as *****ulent. I don't have over a thousand rand to pay for items i don't own every month. They are unable to stop the debit order, they are unable to provide me with the details of the account, signatures that aurhorised the purchase. I need the debit order to stop and my money be paid back. Its now 4 months since the debit order has started and it is continuing despite the account being flagged for *****. MP Moepi ID Number: ***
