Account needs crediting
Following the last report I made on Hello Peter I received the following reference number REQ:***. When I called 808 to follow up on this I was cut off and no-one has called me back. <br> As a response to my complaint I was told that the wrong paper work had been sent by your Tokai branch and that I should go back to the store and get them to send the correct papers through. Surely this can be sorted out by your staff members without me having to drive to the store and stand in line - yet again - to get this sorted out. I have NEVER had such bad service from a company before!

Kindly be advised that the credit cannot be done untill the contract package has been corrected, you can email the copy of your contract to *** and put the Ref number REQ:*** so that they know what's the query is about.
Kindly note that we do not have your contract copy on our side ,only you and the store where you took the contract has it. After the contract has been corrected then we can request for a credit.
