Account mismanaged and **********

I got an email in April saying my account is in arrears which did not make sense to me as it was up to date. anyway I paid that amount and continued paying my account every month. Now my services were suddenly suspended with no warning and I was told my account is not up to date. I dont know what ********** activities are going on with MTN but this is annoying and really painful. Really ************* and very unhelpful
