Account minutes and data wiped out!
On the 28th of February my account was wiped off of +R180 airtime and +200MB data. i have tried to call MTN since saturday afternoon but my call kept getting dropped. i eventually managed to call on Tuesday evening and spoke to a guy who during the assistance, the call was dropped again (please sort out your lines). i called again on 04/03/2015 at 10:16 am and spoke to Lindiwe (***). She advised me that i used the internet on the 28th of February at 12:09 to the value of all the data i had and all the airtime. i was on a call at that time, i could not have used the internet. i have no background updates linked to my network data. When i ask her to check and verify all that and where exactly i used it, i was informed that can only be done on the 21st of March. i bought more data in the evening, which MTN proceeded to use up again. the level of inconvinience MTN is causing in my life is ridiculous. this needs to be sorted now and not the 21st of March! MTN has never not taken their money on the agreed debit date, can they sort out my problem now and not weeks later. This is highly annoying!
Thank you for your post.
