ACCOUNT LOCKED
I paid my account late but I have done so. I emailed customer service on numerous occasions and they keep telling me call 808 and they cannot help. I called 808 but I cannot get through to an operator as the voice prompt says I should use the self service option and that I should speak to an operator. Then I'm directed back to self service. I would like this sorted immediately. I have tweeted about it but I have not received any assistance. Please could someone contact me on my work number *** at 10 am on 09.12.15. Thank you.
