account limits dropped & linen suspended
Always had a good limit and now get told when one does upgrade the limits adjust on own . This causes one with a few numbers to have a problem as they just suspend lines due to their system limit and it was agreed i want a certain limit due to number of lines on hand . call and tehy just unsuspend and one must call a few times as not all numbers are unsuspended and it like we dealing with idiots as all do a different thing . I wish they would leave stuff when it works or contact a customer first . but let it be a sale and they jump .
