<p>Good Day All,</p> <p>I have a contract with MTN (Cellphone No: ***). Last year December I made an upfront payment for the remaining months of the contract (R1772.85).</p> <p>However, last month April I was still debited an amount of R99 from my account. After going many times to Greenstone Mall MTN store, the issue was not sorted out. In October 2015, I made a payment of R198.00; In November 2015, I made a payment of R297.00 and In December 2015, I made a payment of R1772.85 (for the upfront payment for the whole contract). Where did all these payment go?
MTN just debited another money from my account for this month and it is becoming frustrating.
