Account in query for over 5 years, pathetic service

ACCOUNT in query for over 5 years

I have been a contract holder with MTN for over 24 years, 5 years ago something happened on my account that caused a query, for 5 years I have been trying to resolve this query, I have asked no fewer than 40 people to get a manager for me - not one has bothered to phone me. I get suspended on a monthly basis, I do not see why I should pay an amount I don't owe MTN - if I pay it then there is no incentive to resolve this and yet another corporate company wins. Would be interesting to see if anyone takes this seriously.
