Account Handed over to third party

<p>Been running around in circles , went to MTN store to query my account and it was said it has been handed over to legal , contacted legal / collections and they advised that the account is now with a third party / attorneys , so i contacted them attorneys and only to find out that they can't locate the account . By the way this account is said to have been handed over in 2015-07-08 and no one ever informed me that they are handling my account . </p> <p>Can you please advise as i need clarity and also need to know how is this possible ? </p> <p> </p>
