Account handed over to ssda by mtn

I received telephone call from ssda on the 13th of March 2020 informing me that i owe mtn money for a contract phone i took during December holidays of 2018 of i stated that i never took any contract phone from mtn during the period they are stating i did and futhermore i told them i had submitted supporting documents to mtn showing that i did not take a contract phone with them at that time and i also opened a dispute with transunion and also submitted affidavits at MTN outlet at Wonderpark Mall in Pretoria. while still on the phone with ssda i was told to forward documents supporting what i was claiming to have done of which i did i forwarded the documents to ssda on the very same day on the 13th of march 2020. WHEN I CALL SSDA THEY TELL ME MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REFERRED TO MTN LEGAL/***** DEPARTMENT AS OF NOW THE PRESENT MTN HAS NOT GIVEN AN UPDATED ON THE MATTER FOR TWO MONTHS I'VE COPORATED WITH THEIR LAWYERS YET THEY FAIL TERRIBLY TO UPDATED AS WHERE THEY ARE WITH THEIR INVESTIGATION IT SUCKS CAUSE NOW THEY'VE BLACKLISTED MY NAME AND MY LIFE IS ON HOLD BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
