Account handed over to legal without a notice

I went to an Mtn shop at carlton to pay up my account suprisingly i was told that my account was handed to legal without being notified.<br> <br> I paid the outstanding amount in full on the 16/02/2016 and i was told that they will send an email to legal so that they can remove legal status in 3 days, i went to check after a week but the status was not removed.<br> <br> I went back again today only to find out that status is still there and i was told to call 808 but it doesnt work even there consultant tried to call unfortunately he did get hold of them so what kind of service is this, i am one angry customer this service is unproffessional i never exprience this kinda slow poor service before mtn need to improve or lots of customers will walk away.<br> <br> I cannot apply a car because of this and to add to that i dnt owe anything, please rectify my issue im tired of this up and down
