from the end of July Mtn has been deducting various amounts of money from my cheque account, claiming i have signed a cellphone contract with them. I have communicated with a number of service consultants to try close the account and have also been to several branches in order to cancel this *****ulant account taking in my name as well as to attempt to findout where this contract was taken. During the telephonic and in store communications i was given the ***** division's contact and was not able to get through. I have since been reversing the transactions from July to date without any action or assistance from mtn to cancel this *****ulant account. The number used by the ********* is *** which the is debted off my account, i am shocked and appualled at the type of service mtn ***** unit and mtn as a buisness have given me over the last four months. It is up setting that such a big business does not have a functional and reachable ***** division, this services as a reminder at the poor service mtn is providing across the board.<br> <br> Regards<br> Disgrantiled Victim of MTN
