ACCOUNT DEDUCTIONS NOT EXPLAINED

In November 2023 an additional amount started being taken from my bank account for MTN. I have been to the local store on five occasions, with promises to escalate the issue, but nothing has happened, Nobody there, after looking on their system, can explain the deduction. The last time the agent suggested i cancel that amount with my bank, as the deduction is probably not legitimate! DUH! The net result is that I have received an SMS from them advising me that outgoing calls from my number has been suspended until I pay the amount that I cancelled. Incompetence and bullies at it's best!
