ACCOUNT DEBITED NINE TIMES THE AGREED AMOUNT

I had recently purchased a WiFi router contract from MTN. I signed up for a contract with a specified monthly fee. However, upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed that my account was debited R2904 , which is nine times the agreed amount.
