Account closure

Back in 2021 my husband took a 36 months phone contract he paid it off and when he thought he finished paying the contract few months later he received calls and text messages that he still owes the phone.When he told them that he finished paying for it they told him that he didn’t cancel the contract hence it accumulated charges. He never used the contract simcard. What ****es me off now is that why don’t you guys cancel the contract once you see on your system that it is paid off within 36 months as per the contract. Now we applying for a house we are told about MTN and what is funny about all of this is that last year December he was approved for a new contract he took 2 phones am asking myself ukuthi why didn’t you decline his recent application if still “owes” the old contract . Something is fishy is happening you are a **** MTN he called you several times he is taken from pillar to post he called again today he was not assisted they keep transferring his call from 1 consultant to the next Mxm it is so frustrating and unprofessional right am ****ed because when you want sales you pretend as if you care but you don’t give a damn about your clients.tThe account numbers are as follows:BA***. & BA***
