Worst experience . I am in arrears of An Account / items i don't have with MTN .
I was called by their External Call Centre agents for new application , unfortunately they delivered 2 wrong phones and 2 sim cards , @Randburg i was advised to return those items to Cresta ,after some couple of weeks my account was debited . I disputed the debit order the it went of the second month the i called to enquire i was told about a sim card thats Active , i explained to the agents still he cancel .
3 months later my credit score is low because i am in arrears of an account that i am not aware off .
