Account closed on credit bereaus

My account is showing as CLOSED in credit bereaus , I have made countless attempts to try to get this out sorted with MTN and none were successful.

My credit score has as a result of this being affected and MTN doesn't seem to care about this.

I will not be renewing this contract as a result of how MTN failed to assist me when I needed them the most.
