Account / Charges query - BEING OVERCHARGED AGAIN

Good day, I have logged a query with the Woodlands branch (Sharon) re the charges for the Data / ****le / USB. The contract I signed was for R169.00 per month and I am being charged R220 odd per month. Also my son’s cell contact was for R169.00 per mnth and I am being charged R200 plus per month. new contract date and date of query 11.11.17 ********** 313

PLEASE sort out this account and let me know with how much the account is in credit.

Hi Kabelo, The above query is totally separate from the previous one - I am being overcharged on my contract (08.2016) and the boys new (11.11.17) contracts. Please investigate and revert.
