Account Chaos

My email to Customer Care dated 14 June 2016:

"I renewed the above contract towards the end of April with effect from the 1st of May 2016 to a no device data package, 2GB per month at R99 per month.

I received the Invoice for May with the new package plus two additional Broadband “packages”. I immediately went into the local branch and they showed me on their system that the only charge noted is the R99. The branch was going to address it however assured me that going forward it would only be R99.

Attached is the Invoice for June, no change!

This contract is definitely not using 4.1GB of data a month, the 2GB I chose is more than adequate. Please can you arrange to correct the billing from May and arrange the necessary refunds into my account."

I received a reply on the 17th asking that I call 808 for further assistance. 808 cannot assist me, adamant that I need to go into my local branch and I will be assisted. I had already been to the branch so why go and stand in another queue when they have already showed me what is reflecting on their system.

I have screen shots of the data usage for April, May and June none of which have exceeded 2GB and as such, I request that I be credited for the additional charges on my May and June Invoices - into my debit order account urgently please.

*** Please note the contract in question is not the contact number provided - please call me to discuss further.
