ACCOUNT AND DATA ISSUE/terrible service

<p>From my previous complain about my data that had disappeared on my phone - i have been through a traumatic experience with MTN im still waitimg for a confirmationfrom them - to add on one of their agents accused me of swearing her name is Nomsa Khunene - and was being very inapropriate she kept on arguing with me...i called and spoke to a manager who advised he will look into the matter and return my call.. i even been to the stores and waiting on them to conatct me back.....i can find any response from MTN- this is the worst place ive ever dealt with before.</p> <p>i need to enquire of what are the next step i should take</p>
