Account!!!
On 18 April 2015 my son ugraded to an IPhone 6. The Contract summary which I signed was for 100min at R499. I discussed with Mr Igshaan Davids that there will NOT be an open line, and we agreed. This weekend my cell phone was suspended!!! Called the number 808 was on held on for 25min before i spoke to someone. I am now being billed R10 000 as that the account is standing onfor data used!!! Who's negligance is that!!! I am NOT taking responsibility for something which i discussed already!!! I am keeping MTN Soneike fully responsible for this!!! I am not leaving it here and definately taking this further!!!
