I have a cell phone contract with MTN SA, from the time I've received the phone they did not debit my account not even once, I made calls and the first consultant said there was an error on their system and we arranged for the next debit again. Still didn't debit till I decided to visit the bank and they confirmed that there is no debit order that bounced back especially the MTN SA.

I have send emails from last year and they only got back to me that my account is been handed over to lawyers because of no payments received.

When I ask them to confirm my banking details that they have on the system I was told to contact the law firm were my account was handed over to.

I just want to know, how is it possible that they did not make any means to contact me or even send an email if they don't have my contact details which is very strange then how did they contact me when I took delivering of this contract?

Am I treated like this am a black young woman or this is how they give law companies business to hand over accounts to them without proper investigations?
