HAVE A R99 DATA PACKAGE WITH MTN FOR SEVERAL YEARS.EVERY MONTH I ONLY PAID R99.JULY MY ACC IS DEBITED BY R925.I QUERY THE AMOUNT WITH NO OUTCOME.WENT TO THE BANK AND REVERSED THE AMOUNT.THE SIM WAS BLOCKED BY MTN.CONTACTED THEM AGAIN AND WAS TOLD ANOTHER AMOUNT OF R619 WAS OUTSTANDINGTOLD ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED BECAUSE I CANT EXCEED THE ASMOUNT OF R1600.MY SIM WAS ONLY UNBLOCKED AFTER THE DEBIT WENT THREW THE FOLLOWING MONTH, FOR BOTH MONTHS COMBINED R1544.WENT TO THE MTN BRANCH ON 2015-09-14 TO UPGRADE MY PACKAGE TO AVOID SUCH COSTS.WAS TOLD THAT I OWE THEM AN ADITIONAL R5611.THE AMOUNT WENT THREW ON MY BANK ACC ON THE 1 ST OF OCTOBER.QUERIED THAT AMOUNT IN STORE ON 2015-O9-14.LAUNCHED QUERIES TWICE AFTER THAT ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT.TILL DATE GOT NO FEEDBACK.

Kindly note that the August invoice was investigated by our billing team and completed. According to our records an email was sent to you on the 06 August 2015 with a copy of the call records attached for you to view the usage. Please find below a breakdown of the calculations.
The total usage was 7628.80Mb - 2048Mb
=5580.80Mb X 0.88 (out of bundle rate)
=R4911.10 Total due for usage
