Jacques Oosthuizen - MTN @ Nelspruit ABSA Square - is the Representative: Customer Care at this store and he lived fully up to that. He was patiently helpful in addressing my issues and queries and his customer service was compounded by him phoning me and emailing twice after I had visited the store. I had another query a few days ago and in spite of the day being chaotically busy he found the time to respond to my query and reply to me by SMS.
