Access4life just a lie

Disconected my Access4life number and leaving my personal accounts vulnerable to security threats. To my understanding of accsess for life when i puchased the sim card was that this number would be mine for life... the number has been active everyday and at home we have an mtn router so we use mtn wifi, for mtn to say the sim card is doment is totally wrong !!! My bank accounts, sars,and other major sensitive accounts OTPs are sent to this number that you have disconnected. Had i known that for the love of money you disregard client Protection of personal information and actually mislead my to buying Access4life sim which clearly isnt the case. I emailed your customer care and asked for my matter be escalated to the relavant office or i be supp**** with the contact to the ombudsman so we can fix my matter , but was refused that ask ...
