accesories not returned

my phone came back after 2months from repairs, SMART PHONE PLUS whom i contacted was supposed to take only my phone, the courier insisted on all the packaging from an uniformed person at my house. i contacted the call centre who made a note of the stuff taken. i called that same call centre now twice and i still dont have my charger headphones and the box back, the call centre knows they took it but does not want to make a plan to get me my stuff back, i will declare it ****** if nothing happens then the insurance must replace it while they have it
