Mtn took me to their attorneys which is mbd then I talk to the lady which I still have prove of everything where I got quotation for balance which I had to settle, I settled the payment as the quotation stated, after i made the payment they never bother to send me the paidup letter as agreed but when I when failed to pay they called m almost every why can’t they make followup if we receive those letters or wat ? It’s been 3 years now waiting for paid up letter even now which is bad bad bad service 🙄plz help
