Abusive and Awful

I took out a data contract with MTN Mondo and when he realised that the data deal was *****, I escalated to ICASA to have the contract terminated. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and did not follow up on the complaint. Months later I received an email from Nudebt collecting on behalf of MTN. I requested the final amount and they quoted R 1 611.50 which I paid on the 20th of January 2022. I emailed proof of payment and requested paid up letter and they never rep**** to me after the payment. Today I receive an SMS from Vericred requesting R2 411.50 for the same MTN contact. I am now annoyed because not only did I get sold a lie, I tried to have it cancelled and further paid to have it cancelled however MTN and its agents continue to act like a disorganized ****a shop.
