ABUSE OF POWER

Had a call from an Indian guy today who tried to convince me to take an upgrade on my package. I SAID NO. What happened afterwards I just see thank you with the reference number:*** saying your order has been submitted. This guy bragging he’s got all my details as he works for MTN and upgraded me without my permission. WHAT AN ABUSE OF POWER. MTN fix this as this is not right.
