Abuse of elderly customers

<p>My parents went to MTN Westonaria last week to apply for a data/laptop bundle. Upon entering the store, the sales person (Mandi Pienaar) did not even have the decency to take her foot off her chair, let alone stand up to adress her clients. After enquiring about the deal she informed my parents that it is MTN policy to not give contracts to persioners. No explanation offered. She did not even bother to ask for their paperwork or any details. Yes they are pensioners but you will have to go very far to find a credit record as squeeky clean as theirs. Worst is, they already cancelled their contract with Vodacom in favour of a better deal with MTN. They were incredibly embarrassed by the whole ordeal. That franchise /branch should be shut down, or at the least, train Mandi Pienaar!</p>
