Abuse of customer

<p>MTN Hatfield Centre Pretoria 7 July the sales person called me an "unintelligent piece of ****" and "f.... out of my store" before "I do something to you" And "**** you" by a white male called Jay. Is this the norm at MTN? I say no to abuse of clients!!!!</p>
