It does not matter which number you call, 808 or 809 (which I got from a MTN employee) you cannot contact the support centre. You can only get help for a machine, not a human being. I haven't been able to have my phone repaired for 3 weeks, because MTN is experiencing a strike. For 3 weeks I have been without a phone. All I want to do is cancel my 19 year contract with this company but I am unable to do this. Sending an e-mail to [Email Removed] is just as useless, 11 days and they still haven't responded to my e-mail. So perhaps someone on HelloPeter will be able to answer a simple question, how do I cancel my contract with these people? That is all I want to know because MTN is not interested in helping a person at all. Loyalty with them is without any meaning.
Best regards,
