Absolutely useless service

I cant believe what a struggle it is to move a contract from one person to another. We have been struggling a long time now. We have loaded query after query. The shop has loaded a request and they have escalated the situation but still no answer, no response and definitely no f*cking service. I am really on my last nerve with your company.
