Absolutely Useless Service

Wish I could give a zero star. My mom's phone was cut off after she made payment through the app and they said that they did not receive the payment and that we should send it to "this" email address. After following up on the email I called and they gave me the same email and a reference number. Emailed them again and a week later nothing happened. Went into the store and they switched it on only to turn it off again four days later. Went in again and they said they can't do anything, I have to call the centre. Absolutely useless. Vodacom here we come!
