Absolutely useless! Avoid
Notwithstanding the fact that my cellphone account has been paid IN FULL every month by direct debit for more than 10 years, last month I received a message that went \ your debit returned unpaid. Please pay outstanding balance including RD fee..."which is absolute *******. When I called customer services they said \""Oh"
