Absolutely Useless

I made a payment to MTN on the 15 of June via paygate. This morning my line is suspended. The Old App does not allow to view my invoices, the new app has crashed and my payment is not reflected on their site...off course you can phone them. No person on this earth can understand their pre-recorded clips and regardless of what you select you cannot speak to a human.
