ABSOLUTELY USELESS
Once again my statement is incorrect after 2 complaints and I was even advised that I will get feedback( Under Reference REQ:***) . I still did not receive no notification whatsoever regarding the additional and last month's outstanding amount was added to this month's statement. Mtn has also changed my blackberry plan as well in which I cannot access my personal email. You pathetic people need to get your ducks in a row and sort out this mess. Please jack up your customer service cause it is absolutely *******.

Kindly note that all the pricing for contracts increased from 13th of May 2015, also note that all customers were notified via sms on 15th April 2015 that the pricing will increase.
