Absolutely unacceptable
I have been trying to call mtn for over week now. You hold for over 20 minutes and then the line just dies. I have a problrm regarding my account and that has led to my service being suspended. I have also tried communicating via email but to no avail. They just ignored me. The service mtn gives is absolutely frightning and if i don't get the service that i pay alot of money for i will just have to go with another service provider.
