Absolutely the slowest service I have ever received

<p>So I would just like to comment on the absolute slowest service I have ever received I mean I jave seen Cars serviced quicker that I have been helped, as I am typing this I am standing in the queue at MTN store in Vaal Mall and I have been standing here for the past 50 min and I still havent been helped not to mention the 5 customers standing behind me, with the only person coming to assist is someone that just asked how they can help and told me to go queue, and the only reason I had to come to the storeis because the call centre have taken 2 weeks to resolve a query which still hasnt been resolved, I have been a customer at MTN since 2010, and I have ways dreaded coming to the Vaal Mall store because the service is so unbelievably slow, maybe I should just move to a different service provider since MTN obviously doesnt care about good customer service. And even after requesting the manager to show him the review I am busy writing I even have to wait for him. Unbelievable.</p>
