Absolutely terrible service from MTN!

Absolutely terrible service from MTN. I was billed for itemised billing, when I do not even use my MTN number. The sim card has been sitting in a box since I took the contract, only wanted the contract for the device. Have not ever used the sim. Now I am being charged itemised billing and no on at MTN can explain to me how that is possible????

Then also, you cannot walk into a store to cancel a contract with MTN you have to call them, haha good luck ever getting a hold of anyone and if you do the call magically drops after trying to proceed with the cancellation!
