Absolutely terrible service and accounts management

Absolutely useless with recording payments. I have reverted to paying EFT payments each month because agreed upon amounts are not adhered to and MTN deducts more than that amount off of my account. I pay every month and my account has been suspended every month since January, and I have to call and sort it out. I am told that I have an outstanding amount of money, but then told by call operators that the amount isn't reflecting. No one is able to assist me. And no one gets back to me.
