Absolutely terrible customer service from MTN.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. MTN has the worst customer service, I've been on the phone with them the past 3 days after placing an order over a month ago and now when the product finally arrives it doesn't work. When speaking to their agents, I get transferred to various departments that don't address my concerns. Not only are my concerns not addressed but the rude and sometimes aggressive behaviour of every agent I've had to deal with is beyond belief. It seems like MTN has a culture of treating the customer terribly and on top of that, their customer service line 135 is just useless.
