Absolutely Terrible

I've been trying to upgrade for the last 4 weeks, but there's no phones available at any store. I've been to 10 stores and phoned everyone I can get hold of and everyone is telling me different stories. Accord to most of them the S25 would have been available this week... now it's only available in Feb!! I've been a very long client of MTN but I'm reaching the point of canceling and going to a new service provider, myself and the family!!
