Absolutely shocking service from MTN

MTN has to be one of the most useless networks ever! I have been with them for close to 10 years and the service is absolutely shocking.

My SIM card got blocked on Friday the 14th April 2023 and till date no one is able to tell me why and how to resolve.

Since then, I have lost clients due to this incompetence. I have lost business as well as suppliers. I haven’t been able to use my banking profile as I can’t receive messages on my phone m.

The consultants are also useless and unhelpful and rude.

Apparently they are unable to send emails or escalate to management.

Is this the service that MTN prides themselves in?

I have tried to escalate this matter everyday since then and no one knows what the issue is or how to rectify. When I log a complaint, my calls are being disconnected.
