Absolutely Shocking Service

I have requested something as simple as an itemised billing report. I explained to them that i need this repor to enable me to claim for business calls.I was told by MTN's call centre that the report would be delivered within 72 hours. After 48 hrs i thought that i would follow up. I was told that 72hrs not yet passed and they can only send an e mail to the itemised billing department after 72hrs. After 72hrs i once agin contacted the MTN call centre, they then said that they can now send the e mail as 72hrs has passed. I have followed up again today and get no answers yet.

I asked to speak to a supervisor. The reply was that the supervisor would not speak to me as he could do nothing either.

THANKS FOR CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I wonder, am I ever going to get this report?

My colleagues who re with Vodacom, got their reports immediately, even though they are not subscibed to itemised billing either!

I will definitely be porting once my contract is up...
