ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!

MTN's customer service is the most shocking I have ever dealt with!!!!! After cancelling my contract from my mothers name in September 2018, everything was done and documentation of cancellation received the number was successfully migrated to a pre-paid in October 2018. Now a year later they keep suspending my number!!! in 1 week this has happened twice now!!! If MTN doesn't want their client to remain with their network then they should rather close down and let someone else take their place!!!! They are costing people and business's money with their lack of service!!!!
